Benjamin oversees acquisitions, capital formation, investment strategy, and capital markets, including equity partnerships, lender relationships, underwriting, and broker relationships.
Since 2022, Benjamin has been involved in the acquisition and operation of more than $100 million in Houston multifamily real estate. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Queens University of Charlotte in 2022.
Benjamin is also a partner at HM Equity Management, a local, boots-on-the-ground property management company, alongside Ian Hancock.
